Privacy policy
What we collect
To run your account and subscription we collect: your name and email, authentication data, and subscription/billing status. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored by SentryQ.
What we do NOT collect
SentryQ does not collect or store your broker password or trading credentials. The connection to your cTrader account is authorised directly by you through cTrader and the tokens stay on your device. We do not have custody of, or direct access to, your trading account.
How we use your data
- To create and manage your account and subscription.
- To provide software licences and updates.
- To provide support and important service notices.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
Sharing
We share data only with processors necessary to run the service (e.g. payment and hosting providers) under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to certain processing. Contact privacy@sentryq.co.uk.
Retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.
