Billing questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial requires only an email address and runs on cTrader demo accounts, so neither your card nor your capital is at risk while you evaluate.
What happens when my trial ends?
Trading stops gracefully — the app stops opening new positions and tells you plainly. Pick a plan from your account page to continue; nothing is charged automatically.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account's billing portal in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. No cancellation fees, no retention hoops.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — upgrades and downgrades are prorated automatically through our payment provider, Stripe.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown excluding VAT; the correct VAT for your country is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Is my payment data safe?
Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor — they never touch SentryQ's servers. We store only your subscription status.
