Terms of service
1. The service
SentryQ provides downloadable software that connects to your own cTrader trading account, with your authorisation, to run algorithmic trading strategies you enable. SentryQ is provided on a subscription basis and is a software product only.
2. Your account & eligibility
You must be of legal age and permitted to trade in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your login credentials, your broker relationship, your trading decisions and your risk settings. You must ensure your use complies with your broker's terms and applicable law.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT where applicable; VAT is added at checkout. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Trial periods run on demo accounts and require no payment card.
4. No financial advice; no guarantee
SentryQ does not provide financial, investment or trading advice. We make no representation or warranty that use of the software will be profitable or will meet any performance target. Backtested results are illustrative only. See our Risk disclosure.
5. No custody of funds
SentryQ never holds, controls or takes custody of your funds. Your money remains with your broker at all times.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SentryQ and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software, including from software errors, outages, connectivity or third-party (broker, exchange, data) failures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the software or its strategies, or use it for unlawful purposes.
8. Changes & termination
We may update the software, strategies and these terms; material changes will be notified. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (to be confirmed on finalisation).
